Coastal Virginia Young Republican Club — Refund Policy

Event tickets: tickets are non‑refundable. You may transfer a ticket to someone else. Email join@covayoungrepublicans.com with the new attendee's name before the event.

Cancelled events: if we cancel an event and don't reschedule it, we refund the ticket price to the original payment method. If we reschedule it, your ticket carries over to the new date. If you can't make the new date, email us within 7 days of the announcement for a refund.

Membership dues: dues are non‑refundable once paid, including if membership is reclassified or ended under the Club bylaws.

Contributions: contributions are non‑refundable. If you believe a contribution was made in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it.

Merchandise: unused merchandise can be exchanged at a Club event within 30 days, if stock allows.

How to request: email join@covayoungrepublicans.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
