What we collect. We collect your name, email, phone, billing address, order details and anything you enter on our forms. That includes, for members, date of birth, locality, Virginia voter-registration status and military connection, and, for contributors, occupation, employer and employer city/state. Shopify also collects standard technical data such as device, browser and IP address.

Why we collect it.

To process tickets, dues, merchandise and contributions.

To run the Club's membership roster and certify eligibility under our bylaws and Young Republican Federation of Virginia rules.

To keep the records campaign-finance law requires and file any required reports.

To send event invitations and Club news if you've signed up.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with our service providers (Shopify and its payment processors)

with the Young Republican Federation of Virginia for membership rechartering, as the bylaws require

with government agencies where the law requires, such as campaign-finance reporting

to protect the Club's legal rights

Email. You can unsubscribe from Club emails at any time using the link in any email.

Security and retention. Your information is stored on Shopify's secure platform, and access is limited to Club officers who need it. We keep records as long as membership, accounting and campaign-finance rules require.

Children. The site and memberships are for people 18 and older.
